Staff Bookings

Are you a member of the San Jac staff and want to rent a facility? Please use the internal request form to book a space. You'll need to log in with your network credentials to access the form in Sharepoint.

Additional Services

Need some assistance for your event? Here are some of the amenities and services San Jac offers.

IT / Technical Support

San Jac offers computers, special sound devices, microphones, a podium, screen projector, and PowerPoint access. Fees associated are subject to event need.

Custodial Support

Custodial support is a mandatory service for all events. Fees associated are subject to event size.

Police Support

Our College's campus security is constantly patrolling the facilities, but if you need more support, please let us know. Fees associated are subject to event size.

Maintenance Support

We offer temperature control in all indoor space rentals as well as parking for your event.
